Satiskin (“Satiskin”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) and other applicable South African law. This policy explains what personal information we collect through satiskin.co.za (the “Website”), why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have.

- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message when you complete our Contact, Partnerships, Foam Club or newsletter forms, or submit a product review.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring website, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. We do not collect payment card details on this Website.

- to send you newsletters, Foam Club updates, promotions or product news, where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time);
